This website provides general information about Gain Gati Private Limited and its services. Using this website, submitting a form or downloading an estimate does not automatically create a client relationship or guarantee project availability.
Preliminary project estimates
Estimates generated through the project estimator are preliminary ranges based on the options selected by the user. They are not final quotations, contracts or guarantees. Final scope, price, delivery schedule and payment terms must be confirmed through a written proposal or project agreement.
Project scope
The features, integrations, pages, users, data migration, payment requirements and other deliverables included in a project will be listed in the written project scope. Requirements added or changed after approval may affect the price and delivery schedule.
Standard domain and hosting
When an agreed website project includes domain and hosting, Gain Gati may arrange one standard available domain name and first-year standard hosting as part of the project price.
Domain availability cannot be guaranteed until registration is completed. When the requested domain is unavailable, unusually expensive or classified as a premium domain, alternative options and additional costs will be discussed with the client before purchase.
Advanced infrastructure
Advanced cloud infrastructure, dedicated servers, unusually high storage or traffic requirements, premium security services, paid email services and other non-standard hosting requirements are not included unless specifically stated in the written project agreement.
Domain and hosting renewals
Standard domain registration and standard hosting are included only for the initial period stated in the project agreement. Unless a separate maintenance or renewal plan is purchased, renewal fees from the second year onward are the client’s responsibility.
Online payment integrations
Gain Gati can integrate supported payment services such as Stripe, PayPal or another suitable provider when included in the agreed project scope.
The payment-provider account must belong to and remain under the control of the client or the client’s business. The client is responsible for completing identity verification, business verification, bank-account connection and other requirements imposed by the payment provider.
Payment-processor and third-party fees
Payment-processing fees, transaction charges, refunds, chargebacks, currency-conversion charges, taxes and other fees charged by payment providers are not included in Gain Gati’s development price.
Paid third-party software, licences, subscriptions, SMS, email delivery, mapping services, external APIs and similar services are also charged separately unless specifically included in the written proposal.
Third-party services
Third-party services remain subject to their own terms, pricing, availability and approval policies. Gain Gati does not control changes, suspensions, outages or account decisions made by external providers.
Ownership and handover
After full payment and completion of the agreed handover process, the client receives control of the agreed domain, hosting account, administrator access, business data and agreed project source code.
Third-party software, libraries, licences and services remain subject to their original ownership and licence terms.
Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, content, approvals, legal policies, product or service information and required third-party account access. Delays in providing these items may affect the project schedule.
Content and legal compliance
The client is responsible for ensuring that its products, services, website content, payment activity, customer data practices, refund policy, tax obligations and business operations comply with applicable laws and provider rules.
Support
Unless a different period is stated in the project agreement, Gain Gati includes 60 days of bug-fix support following launch.
New features, changed requirements, third-party service changes, content updates and ongoing maintenance are quoted separately.
Acceptable use
Users may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, submit illegal or harmful content, interfere with website availability or use Gain Gati’s services for unlawful activities.
